Senior Product Designer Highspot

  • Lead end-to-end design for the Go-to-Market Agent, an AI agent that surfaces actionable insights to execute and optimize how our customers go to market.
  • Shipped Initiatives from 0 to 1, a strategic differentiator for sales leaders to track and act on seller activity. The feature was demoed in the keynote at Highspot's largest annual customer event, and is now attributed to 30% of company pipeline.
  • Led end-to-end design for the analytics platform, owning information architecture, interaction patterns, and visual systems. I acted as the subject matter expert, partnered with product, engineering, and 8+ cross-functional feature crews to ship a consistent analytics experience.
  • Redesigned the core search experience to reduce time-to-content for sellers, working directly with customers to validate concepts through interviews and usability testing.
  • Mentored other designers, created data visualization library and guidance to raise the craft quality across the product.
